During the loan period, the equipment is made available to the user under the following conditions:
- The equipment is made available to the user free of charge during the loan period.
- The equipment may only be used for test and evaluation purposes unless otherwise agreed.
- The equipment may not be used outside the Netherlands without permission, unless otherwise agreed.
- The user is fully liable for the equipment in the event of loss, theft and damage.
- In the event of return, the user remains responsible for the equipment until it is physically recovered by HP / ThinInfra.
- When returning the product, the user sends any tracking / shipping codes to info@thininfra.nl
- The equipment remains the property of HP / ThinInfra at all times .
- The equipment is delivered as complete as possible with the necessary accessories (cables, supplies , keyboard, mouse, etc.), possibly with copies of the original software.
- The equipment must be returned in its original packaging (including original packaging materials). The boxes must be closed with neutral tape without brand / company name statements.
- If applicable, please remove additional accessories from the equipment.
- If the equipment is provided with a (BIOS) password, please remove this or reset it to the default before the equipment is returned. Failure to remove a BIOS password can incur costs.
- Of course, accessories can be lost, damaged or broken. To ensure that the next user can also test a complete product, we will add the missing items. We will charge a fee for this:
Beschadiging / defect raken (buiten garantie voorwaarden) apparatuur / Niet te verwijderen BIOS Damage / defect (out of warranty conditions) equipment / BIOS password that cannot be removed.

- The loan agreement is signed by the user (or a representative thereof) prior to delivery. When signing the loan agreement, you also agree to these conditions.
- A few days before the end of the loan period, the user will agree on which day the equipment will be returned and can be expected.
- In case of damage, defect, lost accessories or missing packaging, this must be reported to HP / ThinInfra as soon as possible via info@thininfra.nl .
- By signing this agreement you agree to the inclusion of your personal data in our records. You can read about how this data is handled in our privacy policy. You can find this on our website via https://thininfra.nl/privacy.
If the user fails to comply with one of the above conditions, HP / ThinInfra will notify the user in writing within 5 working days. User must then rectify the defect immediately but within 5 working days. If the user is unable to do so, HP / ThinInfra is entitled to charge the user for the costs resulting from the default by the user.
After the loan period, the equipment must be returned by the user via a sender of his choice to:
